Your DAY AT WOODLANDS PARK HOTEL

The Wellness Day is especially for those of enquiring minds in the fields of general good health and wellbeing. You will be guided by professionals who will inspire you with an insight into a world of healthy living.

There will be access to these professionals through breaks during the day. All the questions you’ve ever wanted to ask, all the tips you’ll need to help make your life easier, treatments that help you to a happier more productive life and a workout program that fits you daily routine.

 


YOUR DAY

Please arrive at Woodlands Park Hotel at 9.30am, coffee and tea is available before you start the morning sessions.

There will be refreshment breaks after each session and a 3 course buffet lunch.

When the days workshops have finished at 4.00, why not take the opportunity once the day has finished you can relax in the hotel and gardens.

Please wear comfortable clothes and socks.


INCLUDED
Pilates, Dance classes, Mindfulness, Tai Chi, nutrition talk and the Chill Zone. Healthy snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day. A delicious 3 course buffet lunch.
